Kristy is a native of Butte and attended Montana Tech for one year. Kristy then transferred to MSU-Billings and graduated in 2001 with a double major in Accounting and Finance. She was employed by General Part, Inc. in Billings for a year as a General Accountant before moving back to Butte. Kristy then worked for Touch America for two years as a General Accountant. Kristy has been with Mary Walsh, CPA & Associates since 2002. She started out as a tax checker and has been preparing tax returns since 2004. Kristy became an Enrolled Agent in June of 2011. Carol graduated from the University of Montana, Missoula in 1988 with a degree in Business Administration. Carol worked at various businesses from 1989 through 1995. In July of 1995 Carol began working for Mary Walsh CPA & Associates. Carol became an Enrolled Agent in June of 2011.
In 2005 Carol opened her own property management company, Open Door Management Company, Inc. offering rental properties and property management services.

Linda M. Keele, Accountant
Linda graduated from the University of Montana, Missoula in 1991 with a B.S. Business Marketing Degree and a minor in Interpersonal Communications. She completed a series of accounting courses from Montana Tech, Butte in 2005. Linda's previous job experiences include twelve years with the Montana Power Company/Touch America as a Stock Transfer Specialist and Accounting Clerk. Linda has been with Mary Walsh, CPA & Associates for four years. She started as a tax checker and is currently employed as an accountant. Linda is also one of the firms licensed Notaries. Bob Lester, Accountant
Bob attended Montana Tech in Butte, he graduated in 1988 with a degree in Accounting and Computer Science. Bob worked for R. L. Prigge & Co. for several
years until his sister Mary opened The Tax Shop in 1996. Bob has also worked as a carpenter for twenty-five years.
Bob owns and operates SNOWPLOW, INC a Butte based snow removal service.

Edna Horton, Administrative Assistant/Quickbook ProAdvisor
Edna is a Butte native, and attended Montana Tech where she studied Accounting and Marketing. Edna's knowledge and expertise lies in computer technology. Edna also has a strong background in office management , marketing and bookkeeping. Edna's previous job experience includes 5 1/2 years with KXLF Television in the Traffic department. Edna has been with Mary Walsh, CPA & Associates since July of 2009. She is currently studying to be the Quickbooks ProAdvisor. Edna is also one of the firms licensed Notaries.
